Databases with different structures can be concatenated. Users can use Concordance s table layout from the primary database to alter the appearance and order of fields of all concatenated databases (see Figure 7-11).

You should always consider the possibility of null values occurring in expressions. In case one or more variables in an expression evaluate to a null value, the result of the expression as a whole becomes unknown. While Acme::LOLCAT really only deals with translating from English to kitty pidgin, there may be circumstances in which we want to include Unicode characters such as in our translations. So we modify LolCatalyst::Lite (lib/LolCatalyst/Lite.pm) to include the Unicode plug-in: use Catalyst qw/-Debug ConfigLoader Static::Simple Unicode/; This should transparently deal with all the encoding and decoding of user input for us. Trying it out is deferred to the Testing section.
