If the last active query refers to some subset of records in the database, the First and Last values correspond to the first and last records in that query. If, out of all records in a given database, you wish to mark the third record for deletion, you must set the From and To fields to be the same value: 3. When a record is marked for deletion, the record will display the letters DEL in the lower right-hand border of the Concordance window.
